We employ a number of managers each responsible for key areas of our operation as well as admin staff, mechanics and of course our all-important drivers in the field. All our staff are required to adhere to the highest WorkSafe, and environmental care practices. We regularly invest in the latest cutting-edge technology to drive greater efficiency and accurate delivery of pasture and crop management.

Our two busiest seasons in the year are Spring – (September to December) which is our Grass and Maize Planting season; and Autumn – (February to April/May) which is our Maize Harvest season. We typically recruit for our seasonal drivers in May/ June, to stay for the full season between mid-September till mid to late April. Overseas Seasonal Staff are collected from the Airport upon arrival into NZ, and will be taken to pre-arranged, local accommodation, and will have assistance to organise their NZ bank accounts, Tax and phone numbers.

All overseas applicants must have a valid passport, full driver’s license, working holiday or working visa. (In special circumstances, some returning applicants may be offered a Sponsored Work Visa.)

All overseas applicants must consent to supplying a possible pre-employment drug test.
